What are the vaccination requirements?
As of September 22nd all guests over 12 years old must provide have proof of vaccination unless they have a medical exception. This is fully vaccinated, & 14 days post 2nd dose! A guest can show a negative rapid antigen COVID-19 test (must be privately purchased) in place until October 12, 2021.
What are the capacity limits?
The Pine Valley Chalet accommodates 20 - 125 guests.
Due to Covid-19 our capacity is currently 80 people (no dancing), & 40 people (with dancing).
When can I come and view the venue?
Tours are offered on most weekdays between the hours of 9-5. Some weekends are unavailable, as we are booked for weddings and events, & we like to extend the courtesy of a private site for our guests.
How do we go about booking the venue?
Contact us at email@example.com. We will provide you with lots of information & book a tour. Once you’ve said yes to the space, we will go over a detailed contract. When you complete the contract & provide a deposit of 50% of the rental fee (non-refundable) your date will be secure. We do not ‘hold’ dates without a deposit, & are booked on a first come first serve basis.

Can we do our own bar?
NO. Alcohol may only be served exclusively by us! Please note no shots or doubles are permitted.
Is there any way I can bring in a caterer of my choice?
Yes, we do have a list of preferred vendors but we are willing to vet and approve any catering companies that are suggested.
What do you have for washrooms?
We have 2 large, very attractive washrooms for use of both males & females (tiled & stainless steel) & a family/accessible washroom on the lower level of the venue.
Are you an accessible site?
We are a fully accessible venue as we have an accessible washroom & service elevator. We also provide accessible parking & automatic doors.
What is gratuity?
The gratuity is 15%, and it all goes to our amazing staff working on your wedding day!
When are we allowed onsite?
We open our doors at 10am for all of your hired help to be on-site on the day of your wedding! If you are in need of an earlier start, we will do our best to accommodate the couple.
Can my dog(s) be in the wedding?
Yes, your dog(s) can be a part of your ceremony only and on a leash. Please note that the pet will not be permitted inside while food is being served!
